In my first year at University, we were set the task of creating a small table top food styling shoot of our choosing. I wanted my styling shoot to be a celebration of my favourite season: Summer. So, I decided to use fruit and ice as my main base for the shoot. I created a bowl out of ice and berry filled ice cubes.
This was a very tricky shoot as I had to carry the bowl of ice from my halls of residence in to university, style and photograph it all before the bowl melted. I loved this project and I was over the moon with how the photographs turned out as this was my first ever time doing a solo styling shoot and had no prior experience with DSLR cameras or using Photoshop for editing.
